1. Before to ask a question, try to find on it the answer at a forum.
      Read a question some times, and think, whether other person can understand that is necessary for you.

   1. To create themes, for the decision of questions already discussed in forum themes. Use search for a finding of answers to questions. Remember that your unwillingness to use search harms to all - first of all to you since you neglect saved up another's experience and do not wish to receive answers for the shortest time, and also to regular customers of conference it is not interesting to them to see in forums of a theme with the same questions. Therefore be not surprised, if they "will send" you to search and so forth, and your theme will be closed or removed without preventions.

   5. To create themes with one and that question at once in several forums simultaneously. Your theme will be removed from all forums without preventions.
   6. To create the themes having in the name more of 70 percent of CAPITAL LETTERS. Respect the interlocutors, they can have an opinion that you shout at them.
